Dual purpose undercoater and sealer. Water based acrylic metal cross-linked emulsion. Detergent resistant and dries to a hard glossy finish. Exhibits protective properties for resilient and non-resilient type floors. Works well on vinyl, concrete and tile. Improves bonding properties of compatible floor finishes.
